Captain Dave Kerrigan has been associated with Ken Penrod's Life Outdoors Unlimited for almost 20-years. He is the Vice-President of Smallmouth Operations and a licensed guide. Dave's guiding specialties include the District of Columbia tidal Water, the Upper Potomac River and the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania. In addition to all that, Dave charters out of Ocean City for sharks, tuna and dolphin. Dave owns a highly respected HVAC Company in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
