Christiana attributes much of her fishing experience to the many times
she spent on the water with her brother, who "didn't cut her a lot of slack
while they grew up fishing together", she described with a smile.
Christiana is a GIECO sponsored pro, and explained that the help from GIECO
has been immense in her fishing career. "It was good timing for me, I knew
some people at GIECO and they really were not aware of the fishing industry,
and since the time of my initial sponsorship they have other pro's on the
list and are looking at more", said Bradley. GIECO was looking for exposure
in the Southern demographic of the US, and seeing the schedule for the WBT
helped with the decision to sponsor Christiana.
Christiana recently became a PAA Advantage level member, and aside from
the benefits of the discounts of the Affinity Program and the PAA PayDay
tournament bonus program, she believes that it could be a way to provide a
more united voice for competitive bass fishing. "I hope more women will
consider PAA membership to help provide a voice for the future of bass
fishing. We can't really complain about things unless we play an active role
everywhere we can", she said.
The PAA is hoping that "Lady Luck" is with all of the ladies during the WBT
event on Neely Henry as they lead the way into the "09" season.
