 For many years, Anna had a slot limit and fish between 12 and 15 inches couldn't be kept. That restriction was lifted last year. "For the most part, that means a lot more fish are weighed in now," he said. But as a general rule, he doesn't believe that change will make a difference in who does well in tournaments.

 Despite Anna's reputation as a tough fishery, he noted that "several 10s are caught there every year, and the possibility always exists to catch the biggest fish of your life."
